Rachael Sophia Tobener
Graphic Designer | Freelance
I’ve been working pro bono with this non-profit since before their launch. Everything worked on is in close collaboration with the founder. I created and illustrated the brand and guidelines, built the Squarespace site from scratch, and continue to plan, write, design, and post social media, plus any other marketing collateral needed.
Rebranding With Care
After getting to know Rachael a little more through some brainstorm meetings, I put together a creative brief with a couple options that we can previously discussed.
We moved forward with one of the options, living muppet, only to realized what worked best and communicated the perfect mix of fun and professional was slinkies.
Here is my creative brief and early ideas for the options we discussed.

Iteration 2
Website
I wanted the website to be exciting and informational without being too overwhelming. This meant having very intentional negative space and spaced out elements with bitesized pieces for the user to take at their own pace. It was very fun to work with all the organic shapes and bright colors to help guide and highlight important information.
